Session 1: Problem Discovery Microsprint
Session summary: Identifying the right problem to solve is the most important piece of the innovation puzzle. During this session, called Problem Discovery Microsprint, clinician innovators will be guided through a process to rapidly generate problem areas, and select the most promising problems for further exploration. Attendees will gain an understanding of this process and design thinking principles and be exposed to virtual tools for implementation within their team or organization. This session is designed to be run in under an hour and requires minimal preparation for participants. It will be co-hosted by Nabil Khan and Devin Hubbard from UNC's FastTraCS program.
